When the 5 year warranty comes to an end, the purely optional Ensign Care Package provides a concession priced salt delivery service with a fixed price water softener service, including all  parts and labour and call-out. It covers all parts in the water softener including parts even if they simply wear out due to age and complete replacement of the actual ion exchange resin bed when required: there are no exclusions to the comprehensive Ensign Care Package. It provides total cover that's real value for money with handy salt delivery service. The Ensign Care Package is payable monthly by direct debit @ £ 21.00 per month inc vat. Minimum enrolment period is 12 months. All prices include VAT @ 20%.
